Time is flying & the sun is shining ☀️ Let’s kick off #NationalIceCreamMonth with a showstopping Pistachio Ice Cream recipe using ONLY 4 ingredients

Here’s what you’ll need 👇
• 500ml plant based cream, we used @oatly whippable 🫶
• 400g pistachio butter
• 90g sugar
• & 150ml plant based milk of your choice

Mix all the ingredients together until smooth & freeze for 4-5 hours, it’s so simple 🙌
