- 10g dried porcini mushrooms with 400ml boiling water
- 250g chestnut mushrooms, sliced
- 3 teaspoons of brown rice miso paste
- 400g tin of coconut milk
- a handful of spinach, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Juice of ½ lemon
