Ad. I’ve been using @veri to track my glucose response and improve my metabolic health for a few months now. I have learned so much about my own body, what it loves and what it doesn’t love too much. Stabilizing your blood glucose can be a powerful tool for taking control of your health.

Ingredients 
2 cups (5 dl) almond flour
1 cup (240ml) yogurt
I brushed mine with coconut oil and sprinkled with sesame seeds + salt

Instructions:
1. Mix the almond flour and yogurt together in a bowl.
2. Knead for 3-5 min and form into a long log. 
3. Slice the log into 6 bagels. Poke a hole in the middle.
4. Brush with coconut oil and sprinkle with seeds + salt or «everything but the bagel seasoning»
5. Bake 200C/390F for 15-20 minutes.
