I’m sick, so I’m reposting a few oldies but GOLDIES🍝 I still make this recipe on repeat. My best white pasta sauce🤍 You can use this sauce for literally anything!

Ingredients (4 servings)
2 Shallots
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp onion powder
0,5 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 can coconut milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
250g chickpea spaghetti

Tofu bacon:
200g extra firm tofu
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
Finely chop shallots and garlic.
Saute shallots for a couple of minutes.
Add garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Saute for another two minutes.
Add coconut milk and lemon juice, stir well.
Cook pasta and add it to the white sauce.
Make your tofu bacon by cutting your tofu into thin bacon strips. Fry the tofu until golden.
Add the soy sauce, smoked paprika, olive oil, garlic powder and garlic powder to a bowl. Brush on the golden tofu strips in the pan. Try for another 2 minutes.
Top the pasta with tofu bacon and enjoy!
