ingredients:
12 oz macaroni noodles
1/3 almond milk
1 cup pasta water
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 medium sweet potato peeled and cooked
1 cup cashews
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika

breadcrumb topping:
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
3 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt

how to:
1. Preheat oven to 450 F and cook pasta.
2. In another pot boil sweet potato and cashews together for 10 min
3. Add sweet potato, cashews, and the rest of the ingredients to your blender. Blend until smooth!
4. Add noodles to baking dish. Pour sauce over noodles and mix. Mix breadcrumb topping then add on top. Bake for 10 min then broil for 5 until golden brown! Don’t let it burn.
