Ingredients
1 can @naturescharm condensed coconut milk
70g caster sugar
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 tbsp corn starch

Cook it down for 15-20 minutes until a dark rich brown. Dissollve cornstarch into the coconut milk and add, stirring quickly to avoid lumps. Allow to cool mostly before piping into your alfajor cookies.
