-1/4 cup unsweetened vegan milk
-1 tbsp nutritional yeast
-3 cloves of garlic
-big pinch of salt + pepper
-pinch of black salt
-1/4 tsp turmeric
-3 spring onion

-1.5 cups cooked white rice (cold rice)
-2 or 3 tbsp soy sauce
-1/2 cup frozen peas
-1 large diced carrots
-1/2 tsp msg optional
