KOREAN FRIED CHICK’N 🇰🇷 my take on a Korean classic I tried whilst in Seoul a few weeks back 😊

⬇️INGREDIENTS⬇️
-1 can jackfruit
-1 cup stock (I used oxo vegan chicken stock)
-1/2 cup flour
-1/4 cup cornflour
-pinch of salt + pepper

-1/2 cup soy milk
-1 tbsp lemon juice

-1 tsp garlic paste
-1 tsp ginger paste
-1 tsp chilli paste
-2 or 3 tbsp light soy sauce
-1 tsp rice wine vinegar
-1 tsp tomato paste
-1 tbsp gochujang paste
-sesame seeds/spring onion for garnish
