Time to make protein cookies at home

SAVE THE COOKIE👇

dEats🌱
- 25g (2 1/2 tbsp) oat flour
- 15g (2 tbsp) protein powder (OR more oat flour)
- 20g nut butter (I used cashew)
- 20 g ( 1 ¾ tbsp) maple syrup/ honey
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
- Chocolate chips
- (Only if needed little milk)
Directions⏱
- Heat oven to 180 C (350 F)
- In bowl combine oat flour, protein powder (or more oat flour), nut butter, maple syrup (or sweetener), baking powder, pinch salt and knead into a dough. If too dry add little milk. Add chocolate chips, then form a cookie.
- Bake in hot oven for 10/13 minutes and let cool before serving.
