5 MINUTE GOCHUJANG NOODLES 🍜

I am incredibly hungover today and cooking was the last thing on my mind, so I rustled up these incredible and delicious Gochujang noodles. Took me 5 mins to make! Literally gotta save this 😍

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tbsp tomato purée
1 Cup vegan cream
1 Onion
1 Clove Garlic
2 Tbsp vegan butter
Noodles
Spring onions
Coriander
Sesame seeds

Method:
1. Start by cooking your noodles then frying off your onion until softened in 1 Tbsp of vegan butter. Then add in the garlic and fry for another 30 seconds.
2. Add in the Gochujang paste and the tomato purée and stir to coat.
3. Add in the vegan cream and heat through and then drop in the noodles and stir to coat.
4. Add in another Tbsp of vegan butter and then the spring onions. Serve with fresh coriander and sesame seeds and ENJOY!
