Ingredients [makes 2 portions]ā €
2 portions of noodles, I use ā€˜ready to wokā€™ noodles from @asdaā €
3 cloves garlicā €
1 red chilliā €
1tbsp lime juiceā €
2tbsp soy sauceā €
2/3 spring onions depending on sizeā €
1tsp sesame oilā €
Sesame seeds & coriander to serve (optional)ā €

Method:ā €
Finely chop and fry garlic & chilli on a low heat for 3/4 minutes until fragrant. Add spring onions, lime and soy and fry for a further 3/4 minutes. Add the noodles with a splash of water and let them loosen and cook through. Finally stir through some sesame oil and serve up with sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
