Ingredients [makes 2 portions]ā
2 portions of noodles, I use āready to wokā noodles from @asdaā
3 cloves garlicā
1 red chilliā
1tbsp lime juiceā
2tbsp soy sauceā
2/3 spring onions depending on sizeā
1tsp sesame oilā
Sesame seeds & coriander to serve (optional)ā

Method:ā
Finely chop and fry garlic & chilli on a low heat for 3/4 minutes until fragrant. Add spring onions, lime and soy and fry for a further 3/4 minutes. Add the noodles with a splash of water and let them loosen and cook through. Finally stir through some sesame oil and serve up with sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
