Miso-Roasted Cabbage

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 napa cabbage

sesame seeds, for serving

lime juice, for serving

Marinade:

3 Tbsp (45ml) toasted sesame oil, heated

1 tsp miso paste

1 tsp chili oil

1 tsp maple syrup

1 tsp lime juice

dash of pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the cabbage in half and place on a lined baking tray.

  2. Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F.

  3. Whisk together all marinade ingredients and generously brush the cabbage from all sides.

  4. Place in the oven and roast for 20 minutes, flipping the cabbage half way through.

  5. Top with sesame seeds and extra lime juice and enjoy!
